Dominique Toulousy's jewel is set around an interior garden with a large decorative pond. The à la carte menu has a choice of fish, shellfish, meat and poultry. The "Opéra" set menu offers delights such as terrine de filets de rouget (potted fillets of red mullet) and escalopes de foie gras frais (slices of fresh foie gras). On the 'Garden' menu there's a salad of cockles, mussels and basil, followed by veal fried with capers, and pear mousse to finish.
