Dining on Navy Pier can be a special treat, with magnificent views of the lake and skyline accompanying your meal. However, most of the places to dine are overcrowded and noisy. But, located on the 2nd level and east of the main pavilion, Riva tends not to be quite so hyperactive. The main dining room is very elegant and serves fresh seafood brought in daily to a mostly adult crowd. The lower dining room is more casual and is better suited to families. If the weather permits, tables are available on the pier itself.
