Back to Market Square I always go there! I used to go to the market every summer as a child when we were visiting family. I was lucky enough to take my 9 year old daughter there recently. She loved it! There's so many interesting items. Anything from fresh seafood to souvenirs. There's definately something for everyone. Shopping in the area is great too. Plus, you're right next to Kings College. Cambridge is a wonderful town!!!

Reviewed by: camzone from on Feb 15 2007 small market but worth a visit I was stationed in the US Air Force about 30 miles from Cambridge during the early 1980's. Probably visited Cambridge hundreds of times, never tired of it. Last year we returned for a few days and it was like I never left (like 25 years had not past). Thats what I love about British towns, they don't change much.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jan 29 2007 Fantastic shopping! I loved shopping here, they had a lot of items from Cambridge University you could buy that were less expensive than in the stores. It was also a great atmosphere, the shop-keepers were friendly, and many were selling items they made themselves.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Dec 05 2006 Great change of pace in Cambridge This reminded me of markets frequently seen in Spain and other Meditteranean countries. Browsing in the stalls is a nice contrast to the historical sights.
