The hotel was very nice. Service was very good, restaurant was good. No complaints about anything, except that I felt it was overpriced.

As a frequent visitor to Four Seasons Hotels all over the world, their location in Milan is a big disappointment. I was there for two nights, but stayed in three rooms. In the first room (a suite), the television did not work and the only window in the living room opened to an interior corridor. Can you say MOTEL? The second room (an upgrade!) was sandwiched between the service elevator, the valet parking, and the lobby. I felt like I was sleeping in the middle of Grand Central Station. My third room was nice, but like the two before, the housekeeping was extremely poor. From dirty toilet seats to rubbish in the mini bar, this hotel does not live up to its price.

Acutally i stayed in this hotel not more then a day i stayed only for 12 hours cause of my trasiting in milan. Well, i would like to look over this city so i decided to live in this hotel. The impression of this hotle is very nice but the price was a little higer then i expected but it worth worth for the price to live in this hotel cause EVERY THNG IS GREAT INSIDE
