Il Mulino’s menu goes beyond the range of the usual traditional dishes: there are seasonal vegetables and meats; charcoal-grilled meats; classic Florentine beefsteaks and lamb; you will find delicious sausage; rabbit rolls with Prosciutto, chicken with thyme and bay; and roast duck with speck, roast lamb; even stuffed pigeon. The tagliatelle with artichokes, fava beans, and the green gnocchi with melted cheese are also very good. The wine list is small, but sufficient for accompanying the culinary offerings.
