Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Nov 22 2009 Awful service We stayed one night at what is supposed to be their best room. The room was nice and clean, but the view was horrible (factory backyard), we could hear the elevators cables and bell all night, and the service was a disater. They lost our reservation, then found it again. The person carrying our luggage was actually dragging it and letting it tumble down the stairs. We asked for two breakfast and got only one, called again and got the second half an hour later. We asked for a box of tissues since the first one was empty but never got it. And finally, they charged our credit card twice !!!!

The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

Reviewed by: travel qa from on Dec 16 2006 A totally satisfying experience. From our greeting at the front door from a uniformed doorman who took our belongings and parked our car, to the treatment at the desk and by the young man who handled our luggage, first rate service. The suite was comfortable and well appointed and very clean.
