I stayed at this hotel in Oct. of 1990 so my information is dated.I can say that the location was excellent - A nice view of theSwan river and with in walking distance of an open air shopping mall as well as points of interest in down town Perth. It is alsoconvenient to a shuttle service that can take you all over thecity. The staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were cleanand comfortable but in need of renovation at the time I stayed there. With the renovation having taken place recently, I woulddefinately stay there again.
