Despite looking nice on the Internet, The Bonham turned out to be an unmitigated disaster during our recent trip to Edinburgh.

We stayed a week at the Bonham last spring and had a great experience. We only ate in the dining room once for breakfast, which was very good. It's a wonderful old building that has been tastefully brought into the 21st century with en-suite accomodations. Staff could have not been more helpful at every turn. They really went out of their way to answer every question and respond to every request.
