Fine dining is an art form at this old-world, mission-style restaurant called El Bizcocho. The black tie service is attentive yet unobtrusive. You cannot go wrong with any of the classic French cuisine but the Seared Arctic Char, complete with cauliflower, oyster mushrooms and basil pistou, is arguably the best on the planet. There is a set menu, but there are also daily specials augmenting the usual finely-prepared items. The prices reflect the quality and service making this a special-event splurge for many patrons.
