The Tex-Mex food at El Rio Grande is filling, and the atmosphere is festive. This place is also inexpensive, has patio seating and decent food. The dining room is divided neatly into "Texas" and "Mexico," with the kitchen serving as the Rio Grande. Appetizers include chile con queso, guacamole with chips, nachos and wild bill wings.
