The location is good, but the room is tiny. The bathroom is small too. We found water stains on the wall next to the bed. Also, the carpet needs some deep cleaning, as there were dirty spots everywhere.

I found this western hotel, like most western hotels in Japan, to be close to high class but not just there. The room was large but outdated. The much talked about buffett restaurant was nothing to write home about and overpriced for what you can get outside the hotel. The staff was quite friendly and helpful but the amenities just weren't what they should be for the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this first class hotel. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Hiroshima. It is in walking distance from the Peace Memorial and all of the downtown attractions. It s also right next to the local ballpark. The room was very large with all of the amenities that you would ever need. The staff speaks english and was helpful and pleasant. The hotel eateries were all great. I can't say enough about the hotel except ..stay there!!!
