Noisy place, bad food and obnoxious owner/chef
A conversation is impossible due to loud music. When we finally got our meal, which was delayed even though the place was nearly empty, my medium-rare steak was cooked almost all the way through. Since I've already waited for the food for a long time, I reluctantly ate my tough steak. It was too spicy, with an overabundant peppercorn rub. We asked to see the owner/chef, who reluctantly listened to all our complaints. He seemed very grumpy, but he sent us a free dessert. We didn't enjoy it because we saw tears in the eyes of our waitress after he took her aside for a talk.
