Hated it!
I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn much better. First off, I have a 2 year old and mentioned I had a child at booking. So, naturally, what do they do, give me a room with a shower only. Not! going to work. Then I called the front desk and they said they had no rooms with tubs, that they were all taken. Then I try to cancel my reservations and get my money back, then a room magically appears with a tub.

I can't believe it is a Sheraton
This hotel is vastly overpriced. (We were given a "special" rate of $160.) The rooms were dirty, the shower had mildew on the walls, and the sheets were dirty. I cringe to think I actually had to stay the night there and spend what I normally spend on a 4 star hotel. This hotel was more on par with a Best Western or Day's Inn. The only reason I choose it was because I am a Starwood member and saw the Sheraton name attached as I came through Baltimore. I believed I would get Sheraton quality, but I was definitely shocked. The money to upgrade this hotel appeared to have been spent on the lobby, NOT on the rooms. I will tell everyone I know who travels to Baltimore to avoid this hotel. They may as well save their money and stay at a Days Inn or much cheaper hotel and get cleaner rooms. Next time I need a hotel near the Baltimore Airport, I will choose another brand hotel!

Great if you're on a budget
I was travelling alone and needed a room for just one night, and 100 bucks isn't bad for a hotel that feels safe and is right by the airport. I didn't have enough in my budget to rent a car, but the Four Points has free 24 hour shuttles that can get you to the light rail station (located on the airport grounds) within 5-10 minutes. When I returned from my light rail trips, I called the hotel from a courtesy phone inside of the airport, and a shuttle was sent to pick me up and bring me back to my room. In short, I saved a lot of money by being able to rely on public transportation, and the Four Points made it easy for me to do that.

Not worth the Money!
What I did not like about this hotel was the rooms are so tiny you must close your bathroom door just be able to get in the shower or use the room at all. The room temp was not adjustable (old system) that just kept running at any temp if felt like. We at in the restaurant and I was served moldy fruit! I sent the fruit back and was informed that the fruit is prepared the night before. It still doesn't explain why they would not look at the food before they served it.

A business traveler's nightmare!
The pictures on the website show a very nice lobby.. and indeed it was up to snuff.. but either they ran out of money or don't care about the guest, because 20 feet beyond the line of sight from the lobby.. it's familiar 1980's bad " Holiday Inn" style features become apparent! Truly folks, go seek out a Comfort Inn or even a Holiday Inn Express, You'll be much happier. Room was literally the size of my walk-in-closet at my house. I complained to the manager, but because I was getting a "corporate" rate through a local business they didn't seem to care, and generously offered me a whopping $ 10.00 discount.

Convenient but Pricey
The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished. The internet connection was fast. The outdoor pool was freezing cold and disappointingly there was no jacuzzi. The shuttle is less than 5 mins from the terminal.

Easy for the Airport
Stayed here before leaving for an early flight. Shuttle avail 24 hrs/day. No extra charge to pick up or drop off. Not crammed into a bus or waiting for long periods of time.

Unexpected Luxury!
For only a hundred bucks, this hotel surprised me with many great features. The hotel is very nice looking with a beautiful lobby, friendly staff at the desk, a big room with a monstrous bed, free broadband internet in each room, and a nice supply of bathroom goodies. Checking out and payment was easy and a free shuttle to the airport made the whole stay great.
