This hotel advertises prices and then decides to charge you a different one. This is pretty shallow. Next time I'll stay at MOTEL 6!! They will probably provide a better service and have trained staff who won't lie to you.

I WLL NEVER GO BACK!! I made a reservation and it was confirmed online charged on my card and charged again. When I reserved it, it gave me a rate and then they decide to change that rate when I get there. This place is a joke and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. ACTUALLY I GIVE IT HALF A STAR IF I COULD!!!!

We stayed at the hotel for a convention last week and were quite impressed. Hotel was easy to get to from the airport...wish we would have known about the free shuttle, we wouldn't have needed to rent a car!

The Marriott staff was very friendly upon check-in, even though I was early. My room was on the 9th floor, which pleased me, with a view of 71st Street. The hotel interior itself is spectacular and very beautiful.

Advertising prices for $59.00 but always $89.00 or higher. I'm disappointed that a name like Marriott would stoop to this level.

This place was very clean inside and out. There were no problems at all. We only stayed for one night for the Aquire the Fire Concert.

I stayed one night at the Marriott for a car show. The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms were better than I expected. There were no stains on the carpet, chairs, or beds, and the bathroom was spotless. The restaurants in the hotel were also very clean and the food was delicious. The pool and jacuzzis were also spotless, and they were never crowded. Even though it is a nice hotel, it is family friendly, so you can bring the whole gang. I will definately stay here again. Thanks for an excellent stay Marriott!

Booked a room over the phone. Set up plans in Tulsa. Showed up and the hotel is booked full, with no record of my rome. I gave them the Confirmation number they gave me on the phone. They acted a bit funny, but still said they had no record. I contact my credit card company on the phone, and there IS a record of a hold placed on my card for a room at THIS hotel. I give them this information, ask for their boss, but they still act like they have no idea of what I am talking about. Had to stay at another Hotel. Later, charged a fee for cancellation. Contacted the hotel, they fixed it, but acted like I was in the wrong over the phone.
