WE STAYED HERE ON OUR WAY TO FLORIDA AND WERE VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THEY HAD TO OFFER. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD AND HAD EVERTHING YOU WOULD WANT. THE HELP WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS.

I have a group that just checked out of this hotel last weekend and let me tell you I was a little weary after reading the reviews on here. However, I will assure you these must have been false statements because everyone was so wonderful. maintenance was great and everyone including other guests was friendly. I have asked other members from my group that enjoyed their stay to post it on here to override the false negatives. True the building is a little outdated but it is worth every penny (and it isnt expensive) you are close to everything yet not close to noise.. Great experience. Highly recommended. By the way I did ask if there was a Mrs. Parker that worked at the hotel (I was a little worried about that one comment) However, they informed me she had been terminated a couple of days after that was written. It seems to me that this hotel does really care about the opinions of past customers. Maybe thats why my experience was so good. They fixed the problems previously reported.

Our group stays here every year. We have always had a great experience that is until our old sales lady quit and a new one came in. I dealt with her the first few calls, she angered me so much that I told my husband to deal with her the rest of the time. She was never rude to my husband, quite the contrary. He informed me that she was calling him back very often. Eventually she asked when he would be alone without me. He put it on speaker phone I heard it myself. This business will now lose over 2000.00 in revenue from my group because we will never come back. Thanks Mrs. Parker.

Staff start the experience with apathy and indifference. Apart from that, they were not helpful. They have continental breakfast, however the food is left out all day between servings for the next day's meal. Building is in poor repair with ratted carpets and rusty doors. The room has frayed sheets, holes in the wall and peeling wallpaper. Bathroom is both small and dirty. Little water pressure at peak times. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I did not like the black mold in the rooms, nasty hallways, dirty pool, disgusting breakfast, rude employees, or false website. Go somewhere else.
