Not the BEST, but decent.
I stayed here when flying out to be in my buddy's wedding. The room wasn't very clean, so if you are a neat freak, you will definitely be upset. For the most part, the staff was nice . . . Rachael at the front desk was a lot of fun and yet she was very professional. I would stay here again, but they could really step up the cleanliness of the rooms.

Don't book on Priceline
My wife and I booked this hotel on Priceline and it's a huge mistake. What they don't tell you is Doubletree has a policy to automatically give smoking rooms to all Priceline customers. Even though non-smoking is available you can't change. If I had known I was automatically bidding on a smoking room I would not have done it. Of course, if you smoke or don't care, then it's a good place to stay.

Very Disappointed Christmas Dinner
I reserved reservations for 10 for the Christmas Dinner at the Warren Duck Club on Christmas. The host was very nice and accomodating, the wait staff very helpul. The "traditional dinner" was terrible. It consisted of shredded dried turkey, cheap tasting rubbery ham, dry mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and carrots (they were cold and hard) salad (good) steamed crab legs (steamed perfect) and succulent jumbo boiled shrimp and a dessert table at $35 per person! I was embarressed for my guests that I had built the Warren Duck Club up. I have never felt compelled to complain about an experience until now. We would have had a more tasty Christmas meal at Duffy's for $8.

Awful
Staff was rude. Had confirmed non-smoking room and it was gone when I arrived late that night. Staff could care less.

Will return!!
Doubletree at Warren Place was wonderful. We stayed for the July 4th weekend, and we were delighted. The staff were so friendly and eager to help at every turn. We will for sure return, this hotel is a great asset to Tulsa!

THANK YOU DOUBLETREE
Just a shout out to the Doubletree staff that treated us so exceptionally when we were there. We had checked out of a hotel earlier that day hoping to find some relief elsewhere and the Doubletree stepped up to the plate. Thank you again for saving my trip. Without you, I would have been miserable

My Favorite Hotel EVER!!!
I have stayed at the Doubletree in Tulsa at Warren Place three times in my life. Every summer, the first weekend of June, we go up to Oklahoma for the Leake Annual Car Auction at Expo Square. Their host hotel is always the Doubletree. This, by far, is the best hotel I ever stay at in my life! (And I have stayed at plenty who claim to be downright wonderful and 5 stars.) The food at the Warren Duck Club is superb. Their waiters/waitresses are very articulate and pleasant. The rooms are amazing. Last summer in June 2007 (my most recent stay), we were placed on the Executive Level (floor 9 at the top) for no extra charge. Every single member who works at that property is amazing, whether it's the bellhop at Valet Parking, the receptionist at the front desk, or the chefs in the restaurant, this place is amazing! I have seen and used every aspect that this hotel has to offer: pool, laundry, computer room, bar, restaurant, spa, and gift shop. ALL ASTOUNDING! If you will be in Tulsa, you absolutely have to choose the Doubeltree at Warren Place. We will be coming back this summer once again for the car show, and I can't wait. ONLY TWO MORE MONTHS! Hooray!

Awful
We checked in, bellman very sarcastic, then of course what are they known for??? Cookies and they did not have any. Problem with the pool. My family stayed on the Executive level, noisy, air/heat unit rattled, got maybe two hours sleep before getting up for business, then treated rudely by attendant at the executive lounge. This was just awful. Decor is old, they have tried to polish up with new things, fixtures are scratched up, elevators nasty, my room had black mold in the bathroom, just terrible, don't waste your time on this hotel. Oh and if you blink you will miss the turn if driving at night, not conveniently located.

Quiet, clean and best lobby shop!
Very upscale for a Doubletree, like a luxury hotel. Super great beds, so comfy. Nice restaurant with gorgeous park view. BEST hotel lobby shoppe I have ever seen, more like a boutique! Walking distance to lots of nice restaurants and stores, I like that the hotel is way off the road in a park setting - between the quiet and the comfy beds, it was almost like a vacation even though I was there for business!!! Also LOVE that their shuttle will take you for FREE to restaurants and locations within 2-3 miles of the hotel, which gives you a LOT of options, very accommodating!
