The gardens were well maintained and beautiful. The view from Lover's Leap is impressive if you do not look down. If you do, you see giant fuel tanks plus junk yards. The swinging bridge was nice but my son opted for the stone bridge beside it. Doubt you can see 7 states and they had no proof that you could. Fat Man's Squeeze lived up to its name. Pass on the fudge as it was expensive! This is more of a tourist trap. Wonderful place Was wonderfull to see the place I saw wrote about on barn years ago. I grow up in the 50-60 in Kansas and remember see the barn with "See Rock City" when we took our vacations every year. My husband and I celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary in Chattanooga area. I was a little concerned about the walking and stairs. But the level stone path were great and not too many stairs at one time. It was a very hot day, but cool in the park at noon. The Mother goose thing were great wished our grandchildren could see it. The stairs were worth it. Mother nature at its best. Loved it. Houston,TX
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jul 01 2009 Gorgeous We went in November and will all the leaf color changes made it more beautiful than ever. I would think that when they have it lite up at night it is something wonderful to see. There are lots of shortcuts for those who can't do the whole thing and a few snack stands on the paths as well. We didn't bring our kids this time, but I would love to bring them next time I have the chance.
Reviewed by: Stacia from on Feb 19 2009 Fat Man's Squeeze Is No Joke I wanted to warn others who are above average in weight that the Fat Man's Squeeze was a very tight fit for me. I am 5' 8" and wear a women's size 3X. I could BARELY make it through. In fact, I was almost in tears from the experience and felt very anxious as I forced myself through that area.

Reviewed by: Abowers from on May 20 2008 We Go Every Year! Great fun. We started going when we were dating. After we married and had our son, we began spending every Christmas at the Enchanted Garden of Lights. Our son has always thought that that's where Santa always is. We love it!!! Do the Chattanooga Christmas Parade first and then head up to the top of the mountain. :)
