Will try to make it our regular stop
This hotel was in a great location, and allowed us to park our travel trailer in their parking lot. (It was a holiday weekend and no camp site will let anybody in for only one night). Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were very nice and shower was great.

Customer Service is Lacking here!
Very comfortable bed! Clean...however the customer service is horrible. The maid left our room open all day after cleaning it ...even though nothing was missing from the room.. all the desk clerk could say was" Oh, someone else reported that as well...we will handle"

Great place to stop
I was able to check in early without any problems. The room was very clean and neat upon getting to it. Downfall is they don't have elevators but they are more than willing to assist you with luggage if needed. Location is great. Just off I-75 close to shops and restaurants. I only stayed one night and used it as a stop over on my travel so I didn't get to take advantage of alot of what they have to offer on property nor in the area. However, I will be sure to stay here on my way back through to Florida! I found this establishment to be very affordable and accomadated my needs. Not sure I would do it as a longer term vacation type of stay but definitely worth a couple of nights!

save your money
SO not worth the money you spend here for the night. Other area hotels at much more reasonable rates. VERY small uncomfortable rooms. Noisy area and staff not friendly at all, especially sales

No elevator to second floor
With three young children and lots of luggage, we were frustrated that the hotel did not have an elevator. Although the climb up was only one flight of stairs, it can be challenging with three kids and three pieces of luggage. If we had known, we would have requested a first floor room that leads to the courtyard area that also has the pool. The second floor hallway was a bit dark. the room was nice and clean, the lobby was attractive, and the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced ($8.99/adults; half price for kids under 12). If you need an elevator, be sure to ask for a room on the first floor.

Great place
Neighborhood was nice and the mall was walking distance as was several nice restaurants. It was nice to be able to step out of our big room and be right on the pool.

Frequent Guest
This is the place where I normally stay when I am in the area. It is very convenient to the airport, I-75 and many restaurants and stores. I especially like the fact that I can walk to restaurants and the Mall if I choose to do so.
