We loved going through this museum and as an antique dealer, I have already displayed its brochure in my shop as a "must see" for collectors traveling south on I-75. The person of "Antique Annie" was quite the story to learn about. Bought the book at the museum and learned even more. I doubt my eyes will ever see again the incredible glass pitchers that were on display. Would have loved to seen, however, a listing along side each area of antiques as to what each piece is formerly called. The staff was very helpful and answered all questions. I am concerned though as to the availability of an elevator for those that can't climb the stairs of this small mansion to see the items upstairs. And you don't want to miss what is upstairs!!! Again, we highly recommend this museum. We were in and out in a couple hours easy.

This is one of the most fascinating and extrodinary stories I've ever heard. Anna Houston had such passion for life and nothing stood in her way when it came to those passions.Without her eccentricities and zeal for collecting, these fabulous objects would never have been amassed for all to enjoy. I, for one, am very glad Ms. Houston marched to the beat of a different drummer. This small museum is a "must see" on any visit to Chattanooga.

Did this tour with my boyfriend that is a collector and dealer of antique glass. We both found it interesting as well as informative. Would recommend it to to anyone going to Chattanooga that loves to look at beautiful as well as rare pieces of art and history.
