I've stayed here twice. The first time several years ago the house was newly renovated and everything looked new and perfect. We recently stayed for a night in the Martin room again and paid a premium for the room and were dissapointed in the aesthetics of the place. The carpet was worn and dirty. The bedspread was stained and the tile in the bathroom looked dirty. I love the location and the ambiance but for the price we paid I thought the room should be pristine.
