Make sure when you stay at this place you request a fridge. We didn't and we didn't know you had to. We put money in the fridge since there was no safe thought the fridge would be just as good. we went out came in late, in the morning woke up and thought we better remember to take the money out of the fridge. The fridge was gone. The moved it. to the storage area. They didn't need the fridge the had all but one in storage. so now the money is missing and not accounted for. They were very unprofessional and didn't help us one bit. Horrible place bad managers rude. don't waist your time or your Money.

The bed was absolutely unacceptable. Very hard, squeaky, I could actually feel the springs! Had a very bad sleep, as did my spouse. Woke up with a sore side. The television made a high-pitched noise so we turned it off. In addition, no one told us, nor was it indicated anywhere that the breakfast buffet which cost $15 per person was not included in the price of the room until we finished eating. The other Marriot hotels where we have stayed have offered a complimentary buffet. I felt frustrated when I got the same old response:"We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy, we will mention it to our supervisor...bla bla" I am so tired of that scripted answer...actions speak louder that words. I expected consistancy from a chain of hotels as big as Marriot. Why should I pay the same amount for a room which is far, far inferior to a room which cost the same price in another city where we received outstanding quality? Going to vote with my dollars next time.
