We chose the hotel for its 5-star category and location. To our great disappointment, the hotel room was dirty, including the bathroom, in particular the rims of the bath-tub and sink; the mirror still had the remnants of the previous guests' toothpaste. The room had been vaccuum-cleaned in a perfunctory fashion because we found plastic tags on the carpet when we got in. Because of a late check-out we could see the room after it had been cleaned for the next guests and the plastic tags were still on the carpet. Very expensive for such a dirty room. We do not recommend it unless the alternative is to sleep on the street.

Well, i have been living in this wonderful hotel for 2 nights. It is a very european style kinds of hotel, it is a very classical hotel and with good services. The best thing i like about this hotel is the rooms or the suites of the hotel i felt it is very very nice cause it is a very european style design and it makes you feel like you are back in the old days. But the only thing that i am not really happy with is thwe location of this hotel cause it is in front of the centrak train station and some people will think that is good but for me isn't because, living near the station is quite dangerous especilly milan cause there is plenty picpocket people or jesees.
