We stayed at this hotel in June 2005. This beautiful hotel is very elegant and a brief 5 minute walk to Old Town and some of the best restaurants in town. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly. The staff also spoke very good English and were very helpful.

We arrived at Easter hoping to see some snow and were disappointed.However the friendliness of the staff and the general courtesywas excellent and got us off to a good start.Our room was spacious ,comfortable and warm with an old style elegance.We were pleased to see tea and coffee making facilities ,which are often missing from European hotels.The desk staff spoke good English and took time to answer any questions we had.Finally ,the hotel was in an excellent position for the old town which was a five minute stroll away.We were within easy reach of some really good restaurants .Our stay here helped to make it a memorable experience.
