stay away
I like the comfortable bed.I can't get over the price of things in around the hotel.A 24oz bottle of water $5.00,12oz can soda 4.50,and a candy bar 3.50.I guess you,all wanted your patrons to get really drunk on the $8 a pop mini bottles and not think about the prices.

Disappointing room and underwhelming treatment made engagement weekend awful.
My now-fiance and I stayed at this hotel 10/10-10/12 during the weekend of our engagement. The Hyatt’s central location and recent trendy renovations made this a compelling first-choice, among a half-dozen same quality/equally priced hotels. We excitedly accessed Hyatt’s e-concierge over a week in advance to request particular in-room services (celebratory champagne on arrival, turn-down service, extra towels.) Although Hyatt’s website “confirmed” these items within 24 hours, the nightmare began when we got to the hotel. We also requested through the Hyatt reservation hotline an upgrade to the Regency Club, which offers beverage, breakfast and other services.

Convenient to Inner Harbor
The hotel is conveniently connected to the Inner Harbor by a walkway from the 2nd floor of the hotel. We had a beautiful view of the Inner Harbor from our 10th floor room. The room was clean and service was good; however, the elevators were very slow. Several members of our group stayed at the Marriott and preferred it to the Hyatt.

Perfect Location
Still a very reliable Inner Harbor hotel. Great location on Light Street with a skywalk to all of the Harbor restaurants, shops and entertainment. The platform beds are very comfortable and the flatscreen tv's are a nice touch.

It was Outstanding
The view was great and the service was outstanding. Would recommend anytime to anyone for a stay in Baltimore to see it's harbour, especially at night, and to really enjoy yourself. Great experience for the family. Let's them see all that downtown has to offer. Just a great visit with great service! :-D

Rental Car Experience in Hotel
the overall experience of the hotel was good. the budget rental facility in the hotel, gives the hotel service a bad overview, the empoyees that represented Budget were not professioanl in attire, or presentation. the car rental company should not be located in the hotel maybe in the garage area.

Poor Customer Service
We arrived at 6:15 pm and were told that our room was not ready - totally inexcusable. The check-in clerk gave us free parking for our troubles. The room was finally available at around 7:00 pm. It was rather small, but the view made up for that. We had reservations at their restaurant for 8:30 pm but a table was not available until 9:00 pm. Again, the view was great but the service was slow and inattentive. Also, the lighting was so dark one could hardly see the menu.

Luxury at it's Best
I loved this place! We had a harbor-view room. The view was fantastic. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable. The room was immaculate. We were here for a convention, and this hotel connects right to the convention center. It also has a walk-thru (over the interstate) to the inner harbor marketplace. It could not have been better located. The restaurant food was fantastic.

Awful do not go!
This place had to be the worst place I stayed in my life, first of all they overbooked 15 people and we got there they told us they can only put us in a room with 2 double beds when we made reservations online with 1 king bed so me and my wife had to sleep on a little bed, 2nd we got in the room and it was all flooded out from the toilet overflowing and making weird noises ,disgusting,I called the front desk and told them the room is flooding out and they told me they would send a bell man right away, a half hour later with more water pouring out no bell man so I called again and they front desk said ohh I forgot ill get someone right up 10 more minutes a lady from the front desk comes up and gives us anohter room that was small and ugly.I stayed in $30 places that was better! Anway an hour goes by without us getting a shower and changed so then we were late for the concert and the only thing they said they can give us is a free breakfast which i did not use. Also they do not tell you it cost $27 too park in there garage per night so we got stuck trying to leave and had to pay $54 which is a rip off! The people are rude at the desk when I called.Too much money to stay there when the rooms stink and paper walls you can here the person next door to you clearly.I enjoyed the harbor though very nice place had a lot of fun in the inner harbor it was just too bad that the place Hyatt stinked. Ohh well never go there again.
