Been to Jannus a number of times and had a great time, but, went to the Wailers show last night and for some inexplicable reason, got completely turned off to the place. First of all, the venue was half empty and they didnt have half the drinks they advertise. Blue Moon? Sorry, were out. Amstel Light? Sorry were out. Ok, give me a $10 Coors light. Thanks.

The staff was terrible, very rude and unorganized. The venue was filthy and the sound system horrible. Beers were extremely overpriced as well. It was a general admission concert, yet the security, in their infinite wisdom, decided to place a girl in a wheelchair in the center front 'row'. Right where people jump around, it was a horrible horrible venue.

I love the fact that its an outside venue with the court yard...Makes me feel like I am watching a concert in a nieghborhood in South Philly...And I love S. Philly..Once you leave the venue the bars right down the same block..From a shot and a beer bar to a piano bar at the end of the block with excellent food....

My favorite concer venue in history. You look up at the high rise buildings and get to see some of the best bands and priced for normal people. If you know what I mean? Get there!
