This snake park is home to hundreds of indigenous and exotic snakes. There are demonstrations and talks that are given five times daily (10a, 11:30a, 1p, 2:30p and at 3:30p) except during the holiday season. They give a fascinating insight into the habits of many of the indigenous snakes of this region. Imported reptiles are housed in thermostatically controlled cages. The visitor can watch the snakes being fed on weekends. This is not a zoo for the faint hearted.
