I did the booking online, was paid 10% of the room, when go to check in, there is no record in the system. There is peak season, how bad if they dont hv extra room then we hv to travel back to Penang on the same day. The online booking is not secure enough.

After the change of management, Legacy hotel in Malacca is a total run down place.
