Back to Wawel Krakow is the Place! Krakow is a wonderful city by itself. What makes it even better are the various trips you can go on within a 60 km range. The most popular being the Auswitz Concentration Camp and secondly a tour of the gigantic Salt Mine which reaches a depth of about 330 meters below earth's surface. I highly recommend both of these to anyone visiting Krakow.
