This society of music lovers meets each Tuesday evening throughout December at the Durban Jewish Club to showcase the abilities of newcomers and established musicians. From time to time, the club will host international musicians, such as cellist Suren Bagratuni from Armenia. The society is run by enthusiasts and not on a profit-making basis, so you are guaranteed cool tunes and reasonable prices. Most musical tastes are catered to, with everything from jazz to classical. General admission USD3, members USD2.50, students USD1.50.
