Stayed at the Grand for five days in July. Service was perfect. Rooms were nice. Location was very convenient to old part of town and the cloth market. Quick walk to the castle. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Did not eat dinner at the hotel restaurant. The only bad thing I could say was that the time we were there the weather was unusually hot and the AC had to struggle to keep up. It was hard to get the room ice cold, but it was comfortable enough.

In this hotel , where we(with my wife and two sons) stay 2 night ( 2ooeuro-night for a classic small and very noisy room) we have received the worse service in our live The general manager represent , without any doubt, the true weaker asset of this hotel .
