I stayed here in August. I had to postpone my stay by a week due to a death in the family. After speaking with several people prior to checking in to ensure that there wouldn't be a problem with the delay, there was a problem upon my arrival. There was no record of my reservation, and when I explained the situation I was faced with a very rude reservations manager who spoke to me like I was worthless, and she told me the only way I could stay was to pay again. The whole situation could have had a different outcome if the manager had a better attitude. Needless to say, I was disappointed. However, the rest of the staff was very accomodating.

The hotel staff all seemed to be a Crabby. The sheets on the bed were too small. Great view and Crabby Bills was good.

My husband and I spent last week at the Radisson Bay Harbor and it was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. The motel was spotless. Our room had a sleep number bed and a great view of the Bay. Our water pressure was outstanding and our bathroom was nice. We found the pool to be an average motel pool. Our only complaint was "no umbrellas" at the tables, but otherwise very family friendly. The restuarant, Crabby's Bills, was really good and a great place to hangout and have a few beers. The next time we go to Tampa, we will be staying here. It is on the Causeway. Just 20 miles to Clearwater Beach and what a place to spend the days. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION....

It has a nice view but it is a boring place. I thought that there would be more going on and that it would have more people there.

Rooms were not clean. Service was bad. Location was not what was expected. Beds were very uncomfortable. Did not look anything like what was on the web site.

I liked the overal service. Nothing that I remember disliked me. Good location.

I thought room service could have been better. But the hotel makes up for it with Crabby Bill's Seafood! The food was great but the sunset view is what will keep me coming back.

I was so excited to visit this hotel, but... Well, the staff was excellent, but the room could have been better. I was put on the 1st floor, switched to the top(6th) which was much better.
