This restaurant is indeed a cabaña, or rather cabin located to the side of the road going in the direction of Jají and La Azulita. Although you may not be going to these places, it is still worth the trouble to drive the eight kilometres from Mérida so as to experience the rustic and very cosy atmosphere and, in general, an extraordinarily varied menu offering plenty of regional dishes.Just to give you an idea about what is on offer: the menu includes seven kinds of antipastos, eleven accompaniments, six soups, eight kinds of red meat, seven of poultry, five of fish and four salad dishes. Highly recommended if you want to know and savour the cuisine of Mérida.
