Back to Embassy Suites Hotel Phoenix - Biltmore Overall OKAY The breakfast was wonderful... much more than you get at other hotels in the $80-100/ night range. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. My biggest complaint was the $15/day charge for WIFI. I think that it is a horrible thing to do, espicially for guests traveling on business. I honestly felt like there was a hidden expense and overly priced services at every turn, from the $4 bottle of water in the room, to the $15 WIFI connection and $16 pay per view movies. Overall the stay was OKAY, but I will stay elsewhere on my next trip so I don't have to pay to access the web.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Jul 27 2009 A week at the Biltmore Embassy We returned from our week long stay on 4/12/08. The hotel was nice but definitely lacked some amenities that one would expect with the high cost and its affiliation with Hilton. The hotel doesn't have a shop to pick up any snacks, magazines or papers. (they do provide the USA today daily.) Also there is no coffee shop, only a restaurant. So in the evening if you want a light fare, you have to look to the nearby mall for Cheesecake Factory and other restaurants.
