Back to Doubletree Beach Resort/North Redington Beach Beautiful view, very comfortable beds The staff here was cheerful and extremely accommodating. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and we like the many pillows. The rooms were very clean and updated. The only thing I would complain about is that they don't allow for much of a late checkout. Our plane was leaving late in the afternoon, so we really hoped we could hang out for a couple of hours longer.
Reviewed by: Blue Shock from on Jun 22 2009 Excellent place to stay!!! My husband and I went for a late honeymoon and we had no complaints about hotel. Everything was great. Hotel was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable ever!! The view was breathtaking and very quiet. It was a great place to relax and you are away from all the crowds, which I like. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I am already planning our next trip and I can not think of anywhere I would rather be!! Worth the money
Reviewed by: Carrie from on Jan 25 2009 Going back for a second time Doubletree was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and the view of the gulf was amazing. We loved that it was between the busier areas of Clearwater and Treasure Island. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We loved it so much we are going back for a second time in less than a year.
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Apr 21 2008 Reliable quality.... will book again Exceptionally clean and comfortable. I love the coffee brand they supply in the rooms, its the best I have ever had. Stayed in a room that had a view of the coastal waterway, which is beautiful. Clean towels to use on the beach waiting for you stacked by the pool, which was clean as well. Felt very secure staying here in every respect. Got a government rate which was very nice as well. Very satisfied.

Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Dec 28 2007 definitely recommend our family of 4 ( 2 adults, 2 kids aged 8 and 5) stayed here late Sep 2007. Cannot praise the staff and hotel enough. Very clean, friendly and helpful. Beach side room with balcony, hot cookies on arrival - they even managed to get us a room on arrival at 10am in morning despite check in time being 4pm. We shall definitely book this hotel again if we ever return to Redington
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Oct 19 2007 Great service When we arrived, we were greeted cordially and offered free fresh baked cookies. This was extremely unusual as we've never been to a hotel that has done this. They continually offered us free cookies throughout our stay, and a nice gentleman named Rick helped us with microwave service, and helped us out with many things and was always ready to help us out, even though it was his first week working there. The rest of the staff was also very hospitable.
Reviewed by: bryant from on Jun 11 2006 Hilton TPA The hotel was clean and parking was easy. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel has on site restaurant which is an advantage. The service at the restaurant was ok, but could be improved. I will stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to other travelers. The web site indicated that the guest rooms had fast internet access. This was not accurate, and it should be clarified that guests can use the fast internet in the lobby, but must use dial-up in the rooms
Reviewed by: A Yahoo! Contributor from on Dec 14 2004 Robin Baglin I just returned from staying at the Hilton for July 4th week-end. We had an ocean front room that included the fabulous beach cabana unbrellas & chairs and the daily full buffet breakfast. We watched what seemed like a 3 hr fireworks extravaganza from our balcony. The service & the hotel amenities were just wonderful & the full service restaurant & the Tiki bar were wonderful. The water is to die for & there is very little seaweed at all. They also have a heated pool & towel service for the pool & beach.BEAUTIFUL TIME
