This hotel is a grand, beautiful hotel which has a victorian theme throughout. From outside it appears as a victorian palace, and inside it is extremely elegant, and very large, with even a church chapel. We loved everything about this hotel. The only thing that you could say was a disadvantage would be that the staff spoke limited English. However, if you speak Japanese, that will not be of any problem to you. Besides, the staff are extremely friendly and offer excellent service.
