We stayed in a great newly refurbished unit on the quiet side of the building!!! I think it was in the F building.

Amazing
I will always remember my stay here at the Gant. It was amazing. the service was friendly and very helpfull. the location is great, a little ways away from downtown Aspen...but still quiet and peaceful. i loved it here, and i am sure i will come back in the near future.

wow!
This hotel has to be one of the best I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in five star hotels. The home feeling on the hotel made it happen for me.

Worth the $ and effort
The Gant made you feel at home the minute we entered their lobby. The shuttle service was wonderful and accomodating. Having stayed at many condos during our 20+ years of skiing, this was one of the best experiences yet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The condo was well appointed and cleaned throughly daily. Although somewhat off the beaten path of downtown Aspen, it was close enough to offer all the necessities of Aspen but none of the noise.

Keep looking
While the unit was ok. the location was not all that great compared to other choices we could have made and the staff was either rude or not interested in helping us out much.

Depends on what you get...
This place has presevered well as one of Aspens first big condo place that you can rent. It actually can be quite affordable for those that are not able to buy a place in this ritzy town. The big secret of the Gant is that each of the rooms are decorated differntly as they are condos so when you reserve, see if you can ask about what unit you will be getting or if you reserve online, call and ask for a newer remodelled place. It is cool, however, as the staff is great, the concierge is connected and the Gant Van will take you anywhere. Summer or winter, this is the place I would recommend staying...unless of course you can afford to stay in true Aspen style...maybe next year for me.
