Best B & B in Arizona!
Spent two nights at Boots & Saddles with my former college roommate, and we had a great time. She prefers hotels to B&B's, but after staying at B&S, she's a complete convert. Our rooms were very comfortable and cleverly decorated, great views, great showers & amenities. Sam & Irith are the friendliest hosts you'll ever meet, and they went out of their way to anticipate all of our needs. Sam had great tips on everything local, breakfasts were beyond compare, and there were lots of other nice guests to meet. Very convenient location, and Irith's decorative touches are everywhere.

Exceeded Our Expectations
We'd read all the amazing stuff here and on other sites, and figured some were plants or friends helping the cause. How could so many people love this place THAT much? Well, we figured it out - it's amazing, and they're amazing. Seriously exceeded our expectations, and I think we would have seen about one quarter of the great places/views if we hadn't been handed tips every morning after our gourmet breakfast. Expect to be wowed and you'll get just that. 5 stars!

Not your ordinary B&B!
A wonderful experience! Our room was more spacious and grandeur than any of the pictures we viewed previous to our stay. The owners, Sam & Irith, were wonderful at giving you the inside scoop on places to see, best prices for shopping and where to find fantastic dining, although, Sam's breakfasts were hard to beat. At night, Sam would bake his bread for the following morning and the wonderful smell would drive you crazy! It was hard not to break into the kitchen for a midnight snack. We will definitely return in the future for an encore!

Amazing Place with Amazing Hosts
Boots & Saddles is the best Bed and Breakfast I have ever visited. It has a unique décor with absolutely the best hosts who do everything in their power to make your visit to Sedona wonderful. Boots & Saddles is clean, warm, convenient, and beautiful. The views from the room are breath-taking. The breakfasts, made by Sam, are right there with gourmet restaurants. I would highly advise all of those visiting Sedona to stay at Boots & Saddles.

The nicest people on Earth
Boots and Saddles is WONDERFUL! The rooms are beautiful and very tastefully decorated and the B & B is centrally located yet quiet. The food was truly five stars. The food was so beautfully presented that we even took pictures of our meals. Everything was delicious too. To top everything off, the owners were incredibly helpful and kind. It is like staying in the home of very good friends. They are happy to help with reservations, planning activities, and structuring your time to get the most out of the area. I was thrilled with my stay and so were my New York city relatives who stayed there with me.

what an amazing place
This is the place to stay when in Sedona. It's a romantic bed and breakfast, with so much charm you would not want to leave. We had such a wonderful time, we extended our stay. The hosts, Sam and Irith, were wonderful, with such dedication to their guests. The breakfast was out of this world and the room were so nicely decorated that it was no surprise to find out Irith was an Interior Designer by proffesion. We will return to Sedona and we will surely return to Boots & Saddles
