Great views but smelly noisy carts a big spoiler
The views are breathtaking and the food is excellent. The new spa is a wonderful place to relax, refuel and take in the breathtaking views. The worst part is that the staff travel about the resort is these noisy, gas smelling carts day and night that ruin the experience. They really need to upgrade to battery powered carts that are quiet as well as non-polluting. Also, I also saw no evidence of recycling at the resort. The beauty of the place moves one to want to see it preserved. The Enchantment management should be more concerned with protecting the wonderful natural environment that surrounds them. The rooms are comfortable yet small and the open bay bath does not provide enough privacy even for married couples. Direct access to hiking trails from the resort is a big plus.

Great Time for the Family
We took our family here for a get away and have an incredible time. Great place to take kids...there were all sorts of activities for them and my husband and I were able to have some free time for ourself. The only thing that bug me was that we were charged for every little thing from wireless to parking. Why is that the norm for 5 star resorts? Besides that, it was great and we would go back again in a heartbeat.

Wow
What a spectacular resort. The natural beauty of the location is only paralleled by the warm, professional staff. DSL access, however, is a nightmare.

Breathtaking
The setting looks like something out of a picture, only second to the grand canyon. The buildings totally blend in with the cannons. The trails are breathtaking. The service is impecable. You realize that something this special could only have come from God.

If you are a natue lover...
you may not prefer to stay at a resort that insinuates *barbed wire* (yes, barbed wire) into a beautiful national park/hiking trail just to make sure that hikers do not try to scale the fence and enter the Enchanted Resort golf course. I seriously doubt that a hiker in Sedona is going to carry a golfing bag several miles down a rocky desert path in hopes of playing a couple holes for free. Barbed wire?? Enchantment Resort exemplifies our defacement of much of the natural beauty of the country. All that said, Sedona is a wonderful place, well worth visiting.

Going back to find my vortex...
I was a guest at the Enchantment Resort three years ago with my two children, who were ten and thirteen at the time. We immediately fell in love with the resort. From the par three golf course to the beautifully kept crouqet green, everything was at our fingertips. The view from our room was spectacular, and the children were able to scale rocks and boulders right outside our room. It was truly a magnificent playground! Now I am going back to rekindle those memories and introduce my wife to the wonder and mystery of Sedona and Enchantment.

It's Heaven on Earth!!!!!!
This place was one of the most beautiful and relaxing resorts I have ever been too. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The activities were wonderful. The spa is exceptional and the food is great! It seems alittle pricey, but once you've experienced this place, it's well worth it. This resort is a must, at least once in your lifetime!!

If you have children, don't go! Snooty staff!
We were staying in Sedona, and stopped by the Enchantment Resort to get information about staying there on a future visit. The woman at the front desk was not very friendly nor helpful. The information she did give us was geared toward their spa services and packages for parties of 2, which is okay if you don't have children. We took a stroll around the resort and we were being watched by the staff which made us feel very uncomortable. My children took a candy out of the candy jar there, and they got disapproving stares from the staff. I don't think that they are used to children, no matter how well behaved the children are. We decided not to stay for a margarita as were made to feel very unwelcome. At any rate, we decided that although it's a beautiful place, we will absolutely not go back there. It is not a family-friendly resort. There are so many other beautiful places to stay in Sedona.

Most beautiful spot on earth can't wait to return!
The beauty of the red rocks and how all the rooms were little rock houses . We felt as though we were in the middle of no where.
