I Loved the way the hotel was designed. The free newspaper was great. The spa was amazing.I also had fun swimming in the indoor pool..

this was my 2nd trip to Moscow and this hotel was the best of the 2 holels I stayed at. good location about 20 minute walk to red square and shopping, close to metro station. good room service. friendly staff that could speak english.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay here - two stays actually. Both very fine. Staff exceptional. Food excellent. Good location. Service extra ordinary. Some noise if your room is close to Tverskaya.

Russia is a country that feels like it's in the world all by itself. There are no English explanations for any Russian sign you see anywhere in Moscow. When we entered into this the Grand Hotel, we were greeted by very friendly people who made us feel very comfortable. The hotel is frequented by many American people and it is very clean and beautiful. Everyone should stay here!
