I stayed here in September, and a had a very memorable stay. The concierge and all the other staff were very helpful, even translating silly Russian bibs with little sayings on them. Just about everyone spoke excellent English, since our Russian was hopeless. The room was spacious and quite lovely, and very very clean. We ordered room service quite a bit, and it was always prompt, and tasty. The main restaurant and daily breakfast were quite nice. We never could find the pool -- the signs made no sense. And the location cannot be beat. It is just around the corner from Red Square and the Kremlin.

it was horrible! i hadn't had such a losy service in all my life. i called room service they told me 1 min.do you know when they came i was fozen to the bone.
