Two Blackberries Stolen from Room!
On our last night at the hotel we came beack to find two blackberries (one that had been charging and the other in a purse) gone! We immediately called security and they came up, had us check our stuff in front of them and then told us that there is nothing they can due as they do not have evidence that anything was stolen! Wow! They do not have safes in the rooms and they refuse to take responsibility for things stolen from your room? That makes no sense! That's the kind of place this is. The next day we spoke with the manager and she was very cold and repeated that nothing can be done. DO STAY HERE if you value your property!

SPA IS AN EXECPTIONAL VALUE
I stay at my timeshare when I come to Palm Springs, but I ALWAYS visit the spa at least once each time (weekdays are best if you are able to stay during the week). I travel a lot, and find that the range of amenities (steam, two types of sauna, mineral bath, recovery room, and unlimited access to the gym and outdoor pool to be a bargain for a low all-inclusive price. I also find the facials to be the best I have had in Palm Springs, and the service is attentive. I became overheated by too much time sauna, and the staff stayed with me until my heartrate returned to normal.

The perfect spa wek-end
I thought the service was excellent and very personal. Even though the spa was very busy (a week-end), once we were in our treatments it was very quite and personable. It was a great experience and I and my friends are making reservations for another experience in the next 2months. I am even taking friends who have never been there befroe. I can't rave about it enough.

Great deal!!!
I paid $79 a night for this fabulous hotel. It is located in the middle of downtown. The casino is very high class and the mineral water spas are great.

The best spa experience I've had!
I love spas and this place is incredible! The staff is very friendly and caters to your every need. You're given a cushy robe, slippers, a private changing area and a locker. You pace yourself among a steam room, dry sauna and aromatherapy sauna. In between you can lounge on sofas and sip raspberry ice tea and munch on fruit. Then you proceed to your own private jacuzzi tub with mineral water. Then into the "meditation room", where you're layered with soft sheets on a comfy lounge and given herb-infused pads for your eyes. They'll come get you for whatever treatment you've ordered. I got a wonderul 60 min aromatherapy massage! I was there for almost 4 hrs and the whole day cost only $120!!! I was glowing when I left. I can't wait to go back!

Never again - top notch it is not!
I thought I would check out this spa at the last minute since they had an open reservation. Never again! They start you off with a list of rooms that you may visit starting with the wet spa, the hot spa, the aroma therepy room etc., The aroma therey room was a small room with a Vicks humidifier!! My service was a 1/2 Swidish. The guy who serviced me kept noisy ice water and rubbing me with only one hand! His belly kept rubbing against my head as he moved from side to side. It was a bad exp. The kicker was the Jacuzzi! It as basically a tiled priviate bath tub with a shower curtin. Not worth the money or my time!
