While the buffets are incredible and the a la carte menu dishes amazing, the service at the BVG is second to none. I should know, I've been serving tables there for 5 years. I bring all my friends and family to tour the Banff Springs Hotel and dine at the Bow Valley Grill anytime there in town. I'm so proud of that place. Tell them Craig sent you and tip well!

What a great experience. Dinner buffet has live chefs that will prepare a stirfry or other foods in your presence. Informal and relaxed. Incredible buffet. Worth the price.
