Demetrios Fournos and his wife, Shirley, have been wowing Sedona diners with exceptional Greek, Italian and Mediterranean fare since 1977. The dining room is Athens-authentic with Aegean blue walls and hand-painted cafe curtains. Specialties include Flaming Shrimp Santorini ($18.95) and Roast Lamb Shanks Cephalonian ($17.95). Wine is also served. The restaurant serves dinner only, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, with two seatings. There are few tables in this taverna, so write your reservation information in advance on the board that's posted out front, or call in advance.
