Back to Courtyard Providence Downtown A big price with few amenities For the price and according to the description on line I expected more. My room did not have a jacuzzi bath tub or tub with jets as described on line, and there wasn't even a refrigerator. The beds had nice linens, but were very uncomfortable. Our room was on the 5th floor, but you would have thought it was in the middle of traffic. There was a lot of street noise, even late at night. I also felt the room service was poor. Obviously they made the bed, but there were scraps of something black (like pieces of rubber) on the floor that didn't get vacuumed, even though it was very obvious. The last morning the toilet backed up, and from the smell, it wasn't just our toilet in distress. My husband fixed ours, but we kept getting a strong sewer gas smell the rest of the time we were there that morning.
