Not worth the money
Website is deceiving as the Mansion and Villas are in different locations. Villas surround the golf course and you need to drive everywhere. Villa rooms are your basic Hotel suite at any franchise worth about $139/night with paper thin walls. The room was damp and smelled of mildew and the front desk could care less, horrible service. Stay away it is not worth the price you can do much better elsewhere on the Cape.

Beautiful resort!
We stayed at the Arbor Villa and the room was wonderful! Separate kitchenette and living room plus a dishwasher and washer/dryer. We went during the off season in late May and got a great price, but to go back during the "in" season in July would have been 3 to 4 times more expensive unfortunately. We'd love to go back, but it'll have to be during the "down" time! :)

High Price/Mediocre Hospitality Experience
Looks nice on the website but seemed like a "bait and switch" deal. The actual "mansion lodging" is in other building(s) with little if any view of the ocean. Rooms seemed similar to older Holiday Inn rooms that would go for $100/night instead of the $400/night they charge. Food quality and service where disappointing since my expectations were high based on the hype and price.Would never go back or recommend this property to anyone.

My clothes still smell mildew!!!
I liked the location. The grounds and the golf course were beautiful. They did a great job with the wedding we attended.

A nice time had by all!
My family whole family took a trip to the Cape for the first time and we stayed at the Oceans Edge. We stayed in the Britteridge condos which were nice and comfortable. My only complaint with the room was small but noticable. We had to ask for a couple of things that should have been available such as extra toleit paper, no biggy. The Reef Cafe across from our condo was very family friendly and accomadating to our many needs. We had 13 yr old, 11 yr old, 8 yr old and a 15 month old. In fact the whole cafe was filled with families that had kids when we were there for lunch and all looked very content with the service and the food.

Wondeful
We enjoyed all of the amenities that Ocean Edge had to offer. The rooms in the Villas were clean and pretty, perfect for families. Swimming in the bay was wonderful for our children. We can't wait to go back next year and the next.

High price for what you get...
The resort is absolutly beautiful as you pull in, looking at the Mansion and the grounds. However, directly behind this lies many non historic units. The condos are very nice within and very comfortable, but have a somewhat sterile feeling. The restaurant here is great, but allow plenty of time as they are really slow and they are very highly priced for dinner and for what you get. The bar is a fun place for lunch or evening drinks.

Awful Experience
We just spent 3 days at the Ocean Edge. We stayed at the hotel....and found the service to be absolutely awful. No bell staff to help us with luggage; room service took 3 - 4 tries to get our order right; clueless concierge. Obviously, this is huge and very nice property....but the service is awful. This place is way overpriced for the Holiday Inn (or worse) level of service.

Golf and hiking
This is a vast condominium complex in a gated resort. There are restaurants, Golf, and swimming pools available. Brewster is a quiet town bordering on Cape Cod Bay. You must drive to town beaches from Ocean Edge and will need to pay for a parking permit during season.
