Though it's located on Ali'i Drive just moments away from Kailua-Kona, this condominium resort still maintains a feeling of privacy. The multi-leveled condominiums are bordered only by the sea and the sand. Other hotels, as well as many restaurants and shops, are within walking distance, but unlike in Kihei or Waikiki, neighboring properties aren't shoulder-to-shoulder.
