Gooski's has evolved from a neighborhood hangout in Polish Hill to the gathering place for alternative culture. The bar hosts many local bands, which play everything from rock and roll to punk. Occasionally a nationally known group will perform on the stage. There are plenty of pool tables and drinks to satisfy the usually rowdy crowd. Cover charge varies based on the band performing. Food is served and is the traditional bar fare, such as sandwiches, burgers and snacks.
