Back to Jury's Inn I will definitely go back The location is perfect...right in the heart of Galway. The hotel is clean and the staff was accomodating. Great value for what you are getting (and the location). And the bar is great. I enjoyed my stay, and will visit again.
Reviewed by: Kennard from on Jun 13 2009 Not the place for non-smokers The smoking policy in this hotel was unclear to the staff. Our room was full of smoke from the room next door which was also supposed to be non-smoking. We asked for the smoke detectors to be looked at as they did not appear to be working. The television did not work. Whilst one member of the staff tried very hard to help the lack of clarity around smoking policy made her job very difficult. Having stayed in Jurys in UK we were very dissapointed that the brand is not consistent as the Leeds hotel was/is excellent.

Our room had a great ocean view but it took a few phone calls to the front desk to finally have a broken hide-a-bed replaced. They did compensate us with free breakfast the rest of the time we were there, for that inconv
