Owner, Jeff Hazell spent his youth helping his father, a professional lobsterman. His restaurant prides itself on serving only lobsters from cold New England waters. Boston Lobster is popular with any lobster lover. The atmosphere is heavy on the wood paneling typical of Boston restaurants with dim lighting at each table. The signature Incredible Seafood Feast is still the most popular attraction; other offerings include various fried platters, such as cod, scallops and shrimp.

Should be "no stars"
The location on route 192 in Kissimmee is awful. The service is bad and the place is filthy. The food is OK but not worth the $30 you're charged, plus tax and a 15% tip. There are plenty of fine restaurants in Kissimmee -- this is not one of them.

Enjoyed food, but manager was very rude.
We were visiting Orlando, Sunday May 22, 2005 around 3 - 4 pm, and searching for a great seafood restaurant. Boston Lobster Feast food was fantastic until we got to the Chocolate cake. I bit down on chips of glass in the frosting. When I notified the manager the first time he just removed the cake from the bar and discounted my bill without an apology. When I stopped him again to discuss the problem he became very rude and stated that he could not see how that was possible. We just came to the restaurant to have a good time and seems to me that he was accusing us of putting the glass in the cake. When you could plainly look at the cake and see that it had not been touched. All we were looking for was recognition that the problem existed and common courtesy.
