This is a very nice hotel, with wonderful friendly staff. The amenities are exceptional. The proximity to restaurants and other points of interest is disappointing, however, the restaurant in the hotel makes up for it. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the Crown Plaza was great, me and my husband vacation there from SC 2 years ago, and the location is great...you have near by restaurants within walking distance, if you dont want to walk they have a driving service that will take you and pick you up.. the rooms are very nice.. the weekend we went, they also had a concert in the park just seconds from the motel...It was a wonderful stay.. anyone traveling in that area this is the place to stay..I will be returning soon..

I frequentley drive from FLA to NYC on I-95 and my job is so that I don't have to rush it in one day anymore; further, when I was looking for a hotel halfway I used to think thre is really nothing except roadside motels, but then I found this plesent suprise. The CP in richmond is a very nice place (clean and the river rivew rooms are nice) and the service is excellent. Also, this hotel is very easy to acess from I-95 and there is alot of places within walking distance ( river park & few resturants) + the hotel room service / bar is very reasonabbly priced with good service / food.

have stayed at this hotel several times now and have always been impressed! Always feel very safe and that the staff is very attentative. Hotel is in a good location which is easy to find and very accesible from the dwnt expy less than a mile of I-95.

Quite a turnaround from years past! The Great Room has become one of my favorite places to meet and just have a quiet conversation with a friend or two. The environment is very conducive to personal interchanges. You can actually hear each other talk w/out loud music and interference from other patrons.
